Refund policy

Every Penned by Me book is printed on demand just for you, so we cannot accept returns or refunds for a change of mind.

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or with missing pages, we will replace it at no cost. Email a photo of the problem and your order number to hello@pennedbyme.com within 30 days of delivery, and we will send a new copy.

If your order does not arrive, email us and we will look into it right away.

We usually reply within 2 business days.
